AUCTION GUIDELINES

• You must register on the Network For Good (“NFG”) platform in order to place bids.
• You are solely responsible for the information that you provide to The Michael J. Rinder Aftermath Foundation (“MJRAF”) and NFG when registering for the auction.
• If you bid on an item and your bid is accepted by MJRAF, you are obligated to complete the transaction if you are the winning bidder.
• If you choose to bid on any item(s), you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase and receive the item(s) being bid on.

• Photos of auction items are for reference purposes only. Actual condition may vary.
• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are offered “as is” and without any warranty and condition, express or implied.
• Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from MJRAF, their board members and employees, the auction platform and its agents and employees, the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

• The highest valid bid at the time of auction closing on March 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST will be determined the item winner.
• Those with winning bids will be notified via text or email after the auction has concluded, at which time MJRAF will request a preferred mailing address.

• If a preferred mailing address and/or payment is not received by March 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST, the item will be forfeited by the winner.
• Winners are responsible for the cost of shipping items from MJRAF. Upon receiving a preferred mailing address, shipping will be calculated and added to the total payment due.
• Some items may be damaged in shipment. MJRAF makes no guarantees about condition upon arrival.
• Any paid item left unclaimed after 15 days, without prior arrangements, will be sold to another party and proceeds will go to MJRAF.
• Being the winning bidder at an auction constitutes a contract between the buyer and the seller. By registering and bidding within our online auction, you are agreeing to take responsibility for your bids.
